ADMISSION OF THE PUBLIC TO MEETINGS
The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.

1.  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

(1) the type of interest concerned; and

(2) the nature of the interest concerned

If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Democratic Services in advance of the meeting.
2.  MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 12TH JUNE 2013

To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on 12th June 2013 as a true and correct record.
3.  AREA PANEL UPDATE REPORT

The Area Panel is asked to consider any action points from the last meeting (commonly known as matters arising) to be discussed to pursue issues and where necessary, hold the relevant person(s) to account.
4.  AREA FORUM FUNDING UPDATE

The Area Panel is asked to consider the allocation of funding, as agreed at the Area Forum and to consider any urgent applications through delegated authority that have been submitted appertaining to community-focused projects.
5.  AREA FORUM PLANNING

The Area Panel is asked to consider the new format for Area Forum meetings and the key issues and priorities within its boundaries that have been identified by local residents and partner organisations.
6.  DATE OF NEXT MEETING

Members are asked to note that the next scheduled meeting of the Area Panel will take place at 5pm on 11th October 2013 in Committee Room B at the Town Hall.
